Nah, it's fat bastards that cause flame wars. I once sent the Head of HR in my old firm a very aggressive email, telling him exactly what I thought of his innovative approach to quality control. My secretary and his agreed to delete it from his inbox before he got back from lunch. I would have fired the secretary, but would have had to explain it to..... the Head of HR.
