OK. I'm going out of town tomorrow night (Friday) for the weekend. Bad
timing for me :(. I'll commit something before I leave and let jhalfs
spin while I'm gone. Please feel free to change anything I commit as
you please after that. I will probably also add some text about high
load causing failures on chapter06/gcc.xml.

I'm really sorry, but I didn't have time to get either change put
together. Disaster at work (moral of the story: don't use software
that hasn't been updated since 1993) + going out of town means I
didn't have time to get this done. Really sorry since I'd like to get
this release out as much as anyone.

If anyone wants to take a stab at the glibc/toolchain testsuite
ticket, I mostly summed up what I was going to write/remove in the
last comment on the ticket.
