Well, There is PiLFS (intestinate.com/pilfs) which is LFS on Raspberry Pi which in turn is an ARM architecture. The instructions are pretty similar to standard LFS. Kernel and bootloader instructions are a bit different though. I tried it a while ago and it worked like a charm.
