Summary: Calculation of quaternionic tangents (dd, ds)

Initial Comment:
I have found a bug in calculation of quaternionic 
tangents in function lib3ds_quat_key_setup, by 
comparing the lib3ds source with the document "How To 
Calculate KXP Spline Derivatives" found on the net. 
There the calculation of ksm, ksp, kdm, kdp 
coefficients for quaternions are different to the 
linear case. So, if you dont want add an additional 
funcion to tcb.c, you can replace the lines, where qa 
and qb were calculated. Additionally the order of 
arguments in one of the Log-Dif calculations 
(lib3ds_quat_ln_dif) have to be changed (also according 
to the HowTo found). I have tested the fix with some 
animations.
