Hello,

I'm not sure that this is the approach to take, I may have the wrong email
address entirely, if this is the case please accept my apologies.

I am using Xibo which is digital signage software that runs on Python
Libavg. It all seems to work very well when using NVidia based machines but
when we use ATI Radeon machines and try to play HD through Xibo, it does not
play smoothly. Using VLC or another player shows smooth playback on the same
machine.

Do you know if there is a specific problem with ATI and Libavg or is there a
way round this? I am using Ubuntu and the ATI Catalyst drivers found here:

4.1&product=2.4.1.3.5&lang=English> &product=2.4.1.3.5&lang=English .

Any help or suggestion in getting HD to play though Xibo would be much
appreciated.

Best Regards,
