Heya,
http://0pointer.de/lennart/projects/libcanberra/libcanberra-0.28.tar.gz
This makes sure the lc gtk module is properly loaded into all gtk
processes when gnome3 is used (more specifically the new
gnome-settings-daemon).
Most likely this breaks support for gnome2 in a way since the autostart
rules in the login sound .desktop files now do gsettings checks instead
of gconf checks. If people care about GNOME2 enough I am happy to take a
patch that deals with this differently. For example, it might be an
option to ship two sets of autostart .desktop files, one for gnome2 and
one for gnome3 that are enabled via OnlyShowIn or so in the right
desktop environemtns. I'd be willing to merge such a patch but I am too
lazy to fix something like that up myself since on Fedora onyl gnome3
matters now. So if it matters to you, please prep a clean patch and I'll
merge it.
The gtk3 issue with gtk_quit_add() is still only worked around, not
fixed, since gtk3 still offers no sane equivalent for this gtk2 feature.
