Having worked on the more formal Information / Game theory based
mathematics underneath the current dis function and potential reform of our
social decision system for the last 16 years... there are good answers..

Theoretic Democracy as requested..
To clarify: if such a system were put in place, the automated voting
argent running as an Ap on your mobile phone would be doing just that...
"vote on everything"...
... one can always proxy, if one would prefer, I'm sure most will, but
doing so, is still on an issue by issue bases... so one always has
control of ones representation... and you can change it any time you would
like.. not hard, just a small mater of some programming...
... but you might ask about security.... that will come soon enough... as
you can now seem ...it better.... or we are all in trouble... then again
it seems we already are!
