We saw or at least I saw the TV interview of you on Channel 6 CBS News in Albany in connection with the arrest of 86 drunk teenagers in Albany. On the TV interview you said that the police should stop issuing DWAI tickets because you can usually get them dismissed or reduced to a non-alcohol offense. Apparently DWI is a controversial issue among some Libertarians. (but not me). We are wondering what is your position on this. Do you think the law should be changed? I also wonder whether you were actually interviewed about the case of the 86 drunk teenagers, or was that file footage that they just decided to add to the story since as an attorney you often defend cases like this?
