People are so enamored with Obama it will not matter whether he qualifies or
not.

Actually, no, we don't. Phillip Berg is a loon, and any stupid fool can file
any jackass thing in court. He filed it in a court which doesn't even have
jurisdiction. He needed to file in DC, Chicago, or Honolulu. This is how much
of a loon he is.

Look, I've seen the actual certificate and it is real. The State of Hawai'i
declares that Obama was born there, and even if he wasn't, his mother still
held American citizenship. She doesn't HAVE to be in "government service": she
still held American citizenship, and had resided in the USA for 5 years, and
that's enough. This makes him natural born under American law. There is
practically no way Obama could be found to be not natural born. Obama's father
was a student at the University of Hawai'i at the time and so was his mother.
No evidence at all that either one was in Kenya at his birth. The more I look
into this, the more outlandish the claims about Obama not being born here seem
to become.

You know how much subpoena power that the United States has over Kenya? Can you
say, ZERO!!!! They can't compel Kenya to make them a sandwich, let alone turn
over alleged birth documents.

This is going nowhere. At least the argument on McCain (and I believe he is
also natural born) is an argument over actual law, not over a series of bogus
facts invented out of whole cloth.

Cool! Now we have two candidates of highly questionable eligibilityvying to be
president!http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23415028/- Robert ---- In

was definitely ineligible becauseat least Goldwater was born in a territory

All of this could have been settled by a simple act of Congress. Congress could
have declared eligible anyone born of American parentswho are overseas because
of government service. This has been donefor military families and children of
diplomats. Congress could haveextended the eligibility to children born in
incorporated territories. The issue of George Romney is very vexing since he was
not there dueto parental governmental obligations.> > Things like this have

Officially, he was born in Hawaii when it was a state however, thebirth
certificate’s authenticity is under challenge. A lawsuitfiled by Philadelphia
attorney Philip J. Beg asserts that he wasactually born in Kenya and is
therefore ineligible for the presidency.Berg states that the records of the
hospital in Kenya can besubpoenaed for corroboration. If he was born in Kenya,
I don’tthink there is any way he can be eligible since neither of his
parentswas in government service of any kind. Berg also raises the questionof
dual citizenship as reflected in his school records from Indonesia.I think is
that is minor, though. > > Stay tuned folks. This one could be big. > >
