Checked in everything now.  I also updated the class docs, but there 
seems to be something strange with this.  That is, the inherticance 
diagrams now look different than they did before.  Did I do something 
wrong?  I did

        make doc
        LIBMESH_SVN_USER=sheep_tk make upload
