Personally, it's a PITA, but I'm big enough to acknowledge that the ramifications of NOT getting the snow are pretty severe. Although our irrigation comes from Lake Chelan, the rest of the mid-state depends on stream flows and another drought year would be a major hurt. Outside that, with the miniscule snow pillow in the Cascades, California better be buying electricity futures to minimise the brown-outs I expect them to endure this summer.
