Some worrying news.

I quote

  Lord Falconer said the courts could help with using
  intelligence material, including phone-tap evidence, used
  in courts without revealing informants or how the information
  was obtained.

It would seem that the rights of the defendant are under attack
again because they are inconvenient.

Can a defendant have a proper defense if he does not know
how the evidence against him is being produced?
