Just chiming in to report that I don't experience the same thing on my Dell
laptop (Win 10, build 19045.4651 - Libre Office version 24.2.4.2, X86_64). If I
take just a second to two-finger scroll the vertical span of my touchpad, my
Calc document lands on line 900+. If I take 10 seconds to two-finger scroll the
entire 'height' of my touchpad, I end up on row 250ish. The same thing happens
with Writer.
