Description:
In short, make sheet tab scrolling in Calc work more like browser tab scrolling
in Firefox.
This would require allowing partial display of a sheet tab on the left edge.
Actual Results:
The scrolling proceeds with sheet tabs disappearing entirely and all the sheet
tabs being shifted at once. It's more difficult to make out sheet tab names
while scrolling and it's unpleasant to look at.
Expected Results:
Allow partial display of sheet tabs on the left edge so that the scrolling can
occur smoothly pixel-by-pixel.
