The (right-mouse-click) context menu of items in Navigator should contain the
actions:
* Rename
* Duplicate
* Delete
for a multi-selection of drawing objects, it should contain the action Group;
for an item which is a group of drawing objects, it should contain the action
Ungroup.
(This is request no. 1 by Yousef Phillips in bug 90244, which is being split
up.)
