The formula here was COUNTIF, with a mix of references inside and outside the sheet. e.g. B4 as imported via excel format was =COUNTIF($'Book List'.J$3:J$175,$A4) It's possible the issue is specific to COUNTIF, which I use extensively in the failing spreadsheet, and didn't think to include in my test case. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
