Description:
Find/replace dialog: when Diacritic-sensitive option is checked, then the Other
options section is always hidden (i.e. not expanded).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fin/replace dialog
2. Expand "Other options" section
3. Check "Diacritic-sensitive"
4. Close Find/replace dialog
5. Open Find/replace dialog again
6. Expand "Other options" section
7. Uncheck Diacritic-sensitive
8. Close Find/replace dialog
9. Open Find/replace dialog again
Actual Results:
With Diacritic-sensitive checked the Other options sections is always
hidden/not expanded
Expected Results:
Other options section always stays expanded
