I pointed out how in Writer it is a quickly selectable path, while in Calc it is not. And the alternative paths of Calc > Tools > Language > For All Text > More... > Format Cells > Font > Western > Language > [WASTE TIME ON SCROLLING EVERY SINGLE TIME] > Polish Calc > Tools > Language > For All Text > More... > Format Cells > Numbers > Locale > [WASTE TIME ON SCROLLING EVERY SINGLE TIME] > Polish turn 8 clicks into 9 clicks and also requires scrolling (thus can too generate additional clicks).
