Screenshot shows option page for Writer with "stealth" Asian setting
Asian document properties has been made visible always [1].
However the page Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > General has a setting
"use square page mode for text grid"
which is related to Asian languages and is "lost" in the options.
Either specify this is related to Asian languages or move the setting to an
Asian related dialog.
