--- Comment #2 from [email protected] --- Just to confirm this is on MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a) (25D771280a), on a Dark Theme - but this used to work just fine (same Mac, same Dark theme). Something must have changed in the theme itself, where now the background of the font dropdowns(type and size) selection is Dark Gray, while it used to be white.
