That could be a single slide/drawing page, or multiple as selected in the dialog. That has been the implementation since OOo era. I continue to see no legitimate reason to change behavior of the Export... dialog. However, providing a new UNO action that would open export dialog with 'Selection' set for just the "current" slide/drawing page is not unreasonable. The UNO could be positioned on the Impress or Draw, "Slide" or "Page" main menus, and probably would need to be added to the NB assemblages as a button action of some form.
