Hi Glenn,

What you are seeing is a special UI for translators, called "KeyID", and
usually only available in the development (alpha/beta) versions. Those extra
texts help the translator to match the strings they see in UI and the strings
they need to translate in the work database.

You, as a ordinary user, of course don't need it. And the quick way to get
back to the pure English UI is by going to the Options dialog ("Tools >
Options" from the menu), in the "Languages and Locales > General" page, change
the "User interface" dropdown to the English variant you prefer (usually the
topmost "Default - xxx" item is what you want).

You didn't specify your LibreOffice version in your bug report, so if you can
provide the version information by going to the "Help > About LibreOffice"
dialog, press the button after "Version Information" to copy the needed
information, and paste it here in this report, we can investigate further why
this translator-specific UI is shown in your computer.
