The dropdown I mentioned in comment #1 (Language Of > interface:) doesn't have English (Australia) as an option, only English for US, UK, and South Africa, at least for me with version 25.8. What you are seeing English Australia is probably the next dropdown, "Formats > Locale setting:". There is one locale option for each of the countries/regions that uses English, but only three aforementioned UI.
