[Bug 172698] Text Import Dialog fails to parse currency symbols ($) into numbers despite "Detect special numbers" and matching Locale being selected in this case as English Australia Cells get pasted as Text instead of numbers. Last used 1 year ago it used to work.

We probaly need a minimal sample csv file (with at least 3 rows of data) in
order for users to test.
