Description:
When you import PNG icon(s), once you choose Open you return to the grid of
icons, but the icon(s) you imported fail to appear in that grid.
Workaround: Cancel to exit the Change Icon screen, and return.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools > Customize > Toolbars
2. Right-click on an assigned command
3. Change Icon
4. Import
5. Select a PNG icon
6. Open
Actual Results:
User is returned to the same grid of icons as before import.
Expected Results:
User is returned to grid of icons, with new icon(s) at top.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
If user imports a single icon, why not assume that user intends to assign that
icon to that assigned command? Why not do that for them?
