When the UI language is set to Chinese (tested both Traditional zh-TW and
Simplified zh-CN), switching a spreadsheet to Page Break Preview (View > Page
Break) corrupts the rendering: cell contents are drawn at wrong positions,
parts of the sheet are duplicated at a wrong offset, and the "第 1 頁"
page-number watermark is only partially rendered.
The same document renders correctly in Page Break Preview when the UI language
is English (US) — even with Asian language support enabled and default Asian
language set to Chinese (Traditional). The trigger is the UI language itself,
which points to the CJK watermark string / UI font path used when drawing the
page preview.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install LibreOffice 26.2.4.2 on Windows with Chinese (Traditional) UI; Tools
> Options > Languages and Locales > General > User interface = Chinese
(Traditional); restart
2. Create a new blank Calc spreadsheet, enter values in a few cells
3. View > Page Break (檢視 > 分頁模式)
Actual Results:
Cell contents scattered / drawn at wrong positions, duplicated sheet fragments
at wrong offsets, page-number watermark broken.
Expected Results:
Same rendering as with English UI: zoomed-out page layout with intact "Page 1"
watermark.
Additional Information:
Reproduced with ALL of the following, so not Skia-, profile-, or
document-specific:
- Skia enabled (UI render: Skia/Raster) AND Skia disabled (GDI)
- Safe Mode
- Brand-new blank document
- Both zh-TW and zh-CN UI languages
NOT reproducible with English UI + Asian language support enabled (Default
Asian language = Chinese Traditional), i.e. the CJK document layout path is
fine; only a CJK UI language triggers it.
