Description:
Every time Libre Office starts, it starts with the top strip above the screen.
I thus cannot move the window, or even shut the program. I have to go to Task
Manager and shut it that way. It does this every time. I can find no way to
move it downwards so that the Windows bar is visible.
Actual Results:
Start Libre Office!
Expected Results:
It was the same as the first time - Windows strip above the screen.
Reproducible: Always
