Is the full LibreOffice app frame visible if you set the value to 100%? Does it "disappear" as you increase scaling? Test that and let us know if it resolves sizing issues. Also, as an aside in the "registrymodifications.xcu" (usually in C:\Users\<urusername>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffic\4 ) set "ForceSkiaRaster" to "True" and restart LO. That takes you out of skia Vulkan hw accelerated rendering, and shifts to lighter weight (less error prone) skia CPU raster framing mode.
