Description:
Display a Windows Rectangle Region graphically from a Windows Metafile format.
This region is drawn as a rectangular area with lines.
Steps to Reproduce:
Cut out the drawing from Chartist and paste into LibreOffice as an OLE object.
Actual Results:
A graphical frame is drawn around the Windows Rectangle Region.
Expected Results:
No graphical frame should be drawn around the Windows Rectangle Region.
Reproducible: Always
