Could well be, for now would you please also check if removing the 'Windows Explorer Extension' (as from comment 7 above) from your LibreOffice install also makes things stable for your Win11 Home instance. The module is enabled active by default for Windows MSI packaging, we may need to set it optional. And just to be clear, what is "crashing" on this current hw system is the DWM "explorer.exe" process.
