When using LibreOffice with the kf6 VCL plugin on KDE Plasma, pressing the Alt
key inside sub-menus does not reveal mnemonics (underlined letters), and
keyboard accelerators for these sub-menu items do not work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LibreOffice (e.g., Writer) with SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kf6.
2. Open a top-level menu (e.g., Format) using the mouse or keyboard.
3. Navigate into any sub-menu (e.g., Format > Text, or Format > Spacing).
4. Press the Alt key to trigger mnemonics.
5. Attempt to press the corresponding letter key for an action.

No underlined letters appear in the sub-menu. Pressing the corresponding letter
key does nothing. Keyboard navigation via Alt + Letter is broken for sub-menus.

mnemonics (underlined letters), and pressing the corresponding key should
execute the function.
