In Writer
`Customize - Keyboard` (section)
the key
INSERT = Insert Mode (also reffered to as Overwrite Mode)
does not allow user to assign a custom function to the INSERT key.
The "Assign" button is grayed out.
Suggesting to allow user to be able to choose to override this functionality
with a custom hotkey if they choose to do so.
Not everyone uses/needs to user "Insert Mode"

Additional Info:
This is very similar to my suggetion/request about how certain Function keys
are hardcoded as well.
