Description:
Currently there are two hotkeys available to open up Color Picker dialog for
Sheet Tab colors
-Sheet Tab Color
-Tab Color
Unfortunately the other items that also make use Color Picker dialogs, do not
have hotkeys to open them, like this "Sheet Tab Color" does.
They can only be accessed through Toolbar button drop downs, which is not
convenient

Suggesting to add new hotkeys (blank by default), that would allow Color Picker
dialogs to be opened for the following functions as well...
-Background Fill Color (for cell backgrounds)
-Font Color
-Border Color
-Any other items that make use of Color Picker dialogs
This would allow function hotkeys to be more consistently available for those
who would like such functionality.
