Deactivated Java.
When choosing "Use Wizard to Create Form…" I will get this message
for an internal Firebird database:

LibreOffice requires a Java runtime environment (JRE) to perform this task.
However, use of a JRE has been disabled. Do you want to enable the use of a JRE
now?

for an internal HSQLDB database:

The connection to the data source "Databasename" could not be established.
The connection to the external data source could not be established. No SDBC
driver was found for the URL 'sdbc:embedded:hsqldb'.

LO first tries to connect to the database. If it couldn't connect it will show
an error. If it could connect it shows an error for missing JRE for the Wizard.

Version: 26.8.1.1 (X86_64)
Build ID: bf6ef2662401c7d6dce671ab4deb26ee0af3a7c1
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 6.4; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

I couldn't see any buggy behavior here.
