Description:
When navigating to the Appearance/View options in LibreOffice and clicking on
"Add More Icons/Themes", the icons and themes dialog opens. However, attempting
to scroll through the list using the mouse wheel is extremely slow and laggy.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice.
2. Go to Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View (or Appearance).
3. Click on "Add More Icons" or "Add More Themes".
4. Attempt to scroll up and down in the opened window using the mouse scroll
wheel.
Actual Results:
Scrolling with the mouse wheel inside the dialog is extremely slow.
Expected Results:
The page should scroll smoothly and at normal speed when using the mouse wheel.
