Note though that if, rather than mouse wheel scroll inside the 'Add more icons' Extensions pop-up, one uses the scroll bar "thumb" the extension lists scrolls without issue. Also, there are a lot of Icon theme extensions being queried--so slow to scroll when first opened, but once the list is built--the "thumb" based drag scroll is quite fast. A "two-finger" track pad swipe is reasonably performant as well.
