            Bug ID: 173842
Summary: Redo incorrectly clears the document's modified state
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.0.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Actual behaviour
After reopening an existing Writer document, adding two columns, undoing the
change and then redoing it incorrectly clears Writer's modified/unsaved state.
Writer then allows the document to be closed without prompting the user to
save.

Expected behaviour
Writer should recognize the redone change as an unsaved modification and ask
the user to save the document when exiting.

Steps to reproduce
1. Use the Tabbed UI.

2. Create a blank Writer document and enter some text, e.g.:
   "Here is an interesting bug."

3. Save the document and quit Writer.

4. Reopen the document.

5. Add two columns:
 * Short way: Layout → Page Columns → 2 Columns
 * Long way: Insert → Insert → Section → Columns → 2 columns

6. Click Undo.

7. Click Redo.

8. Observe that the document is no longer marked as modified (the red modified
indicator is no longer shown on the Save icon).

9. Quit Writer. Writer closes the document without asking whether the changes
should be saved.

Note: Both the short and long method of adding the columns reproduce the
problem.
