Minimal working example ODT
1) Open attached document
2) Insert → Cross-reference (Ctrl+Shift+R)
LibreOffice will crash.
The cause is a custom parameter in the *.ODT/meta.xml file with an empty value:
<meta:user-defined meta:name=""/>
