I guess the problem is with the file. This meta.xml code (<meta:user-defined meta:name=""/>) was introduced when an AI tool was generating the *.ODT document on a PC. The input file was a "manually edited" A4 document. The task was to just insert additional content based on the original A4 document as a template.
