So I was unable to find the way to specify the characters (upper-lower case ? enclosed within none-quote-DoubleQuotes ? which collating sequence when single letters ? What comparison algorithm when words with multiple letters ? etc.). However, what is patently wrong is the fact that LibO doesn't retain my exact typing when I close then reopen the condition (even without save-close-reopen), and change case and delimiter at will, in an unpredictable way.
