I could not find the 'Digital Signatures' tab on the main installation file. The helppack_nl is ok (Version = V3). I downloaded the main installation file from this site http://nl.libreoffice.org/download/ and I still could not find the digital signatures tab. Now I will download the file from other mirror sites and using a linux desktop that is not behind a corporate firewall. I will report back in the coming days.
