In any case, our docs seem to say it's straightforward:

"The compressed MinGW builds simply have to be decompressed, then they can be
used by a double-click on soffice.exe in the program folder, similar to a
Portable Version."
What specific error do you get when you try to run two MinGW builds at the same
time?
