@Qubit: I suspect that 'MinGW' here is a mistake (I don't think there is any
MinGW build), and the reporter really means the ordinary msi installer. And
yes, RC versions have release configuration, and will replace any older
installed version. The solution is to install with '/a' switch as described at
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel#Version_3.5.x_and_newer:
