The issue is that in B14 B15 there are text not numbers not number, they have a
dot as decimal separator not a comma.
Maybe the option in Menu/Tools/Options/Language settings/Languages - Decimal
separator key, can help to enter data.
I think it is not a bug, please if you are not agree, reopen it.
