Please review the following: - Verify in Menu/Tools/Options/Language settings/Language - locale settings is English (UK), also Decimal separator key is ticked. - Go to cell with the issue. - Ctrl+1 and in Numbers tab verify the format it is not text '@' and the language in this tab is also Default - English (UK) - Enter a new number without decimals (don't edit the actual content). - If it works. Enter a number with a dot as decimal separator.
