I can confirm this (Win7 x64). Since I installed the first stable of 4.2 (and
for all versions since that), if I double-click a file (odt, ods, odp), I see
the splash screen of LO, but then explorer comes in front and LO goes behind
it. This doesn't happen all the time, but quite often and it very frustrating!
It's a bit different from the bug report of the OP, since it happens without
having any other LO document opened and minimized.
