For the purpose of this bug, the test document in Comment1 is correctly signed:

- Contains a cryptographically consistant signature
- Contains a certificate and chain that match the signature
- Contains a date

As I've pointed out in Comment33, the original document submitted by Tamas
contains none of the above but only a large blob of zeroes where the signature
should be.
