Now I downloaded the 4.5.0.0.alpha0 and run on Windwos 7 x86 with Acrobat Reader 11.0.09. I also used a recent version of digital certificate which will expire only on 11 April 2015. I enabled the experimental functions in the LibO then I created a signed PDF export. LibreOffice not crashed and a PDF file created, once I open the file in the Acrobat Reader the content is OK, but the digital signature is still corrupt.
