Watching the GUI on launch of a "server" /a admin install, the error messages indicated point to RID_STR_SYNCHRONIZING_REPOSITORY in dp_manager.src and http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/desktop/source/deployment/manager/dp_extensionmanager.cxx?#1324 http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/desktop/source/deployment/manager/dp_extensionmanager.hxx?a=true#200 IHMO css::uno::Reference<css::deployment::XPackageManager> getBundledRepository(); during "synchronizing" is suspect here. And when this aborts (for what ever reason)-- the building of user profile also aborts.
