I tried an installer with the exact same configurations as this broken one
apart from being a x86 (32 bit) version
(http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/5.1.3/win/x86/LibreOffice_5.1.3_Win_x86_helppack_en-GB.msi)
and it worked. So 32-bit versions are unaffected and this is probably not a
problem with installing to the directory that the already installed LibreOffice
is in ("C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 5\" in my case).
